The Scottsdale School
The Scottsdale School is the oldest private school in Scottsdale. It began in 1946 in a home on Main Street two blocks west of Scottsdale Road. Mr. Wil Berry, owner and founder bought the school in 1977 and moved in to Trinity Church on McCormick Ranch in 1978. In 1983, a second campus was started at Scottsdale Bible Church at Shea and Miller. In the mid 1980's the school had over 250 children each day in preschool, elementary and after school care.
