Credit Reporting

A credit report, especially a free credit report is a good thing to have regularly. An annual credit report might not be enough to protect against identity theft. You can get a free credit report online or from your financial institution, credit union or bank. Good credit will help with credit debt and a credit score of 700 or more will help with a loan. A credit bureau can help with your credit score. Your credit history, a simple credit check and an active credit card may be all you need.
