We have many subjects to choose from. We hope you'll join us in our spacious kitchen for lots of exciting classes! Most are hands-on so you have the benefit of learning by doing; demonstration classes are noted in the descriptions. Our instructors are talented chefs. Their goal is for you to be able to re-create at home what you learn here. We encourage you to sign up early so that you have your choice of classes. Each class includes a copy of the recipes & a meal of the foods prepared.
