Game Daze
Game Daze opened its first store in 1994 at the Paradise Valley Mall in Phoenix, AZ. The mission was to help people locate and learn about great games and puzzles that are typically not found in the mass chain stores. The store was a hit, as Game Daze's employees focused on providing a higher level of customer service by teaching and playing games with customers in the store. Game Daze focused on listening to its customers in order to locate and stock the most sought after games.
